ONLINE ORDERING

  • Where is my package?
  • Unfortunately, I don’t have a crystal ball to find out where your package is! Once I shipped your package I have access to the same information that you have. Please track your package if you have the tracking number.

  • My item came damaged, what should I do?
  • Dang, ok. We want to ensure that the decks that you receive are in perfect condition. If there is any damage due to delivery, we are happy to replace the decks but need you to follow this process and email support@ethony.com:

    1. Notify us of the damage within 1 business day of delivery to the address used for our shipment. Once delivered, please immediately check the contents for damage. We can not take responsibility for any damage done if the delivery address was not the final destination and our shipment was forwarded after receiving it.
    2. You provide photos of any damage to the delivery boxes so we are able to make a claim with our shipping company. Without these photos we can not make successful claims.
    3. You also provide photos of the damage done to our decks.

    Once we receive all of this information, we will send replacement decks.

  • I didn’t buy postage with a tracking number so how can I know where my package is?
  • Once I ship out your package, unfortunately, I don’t have access to any information about the location of your package. Especially since you didn’t get a tracking number. It’s a bummer I know, the only thing that I can suggest is to patiently wait.

  • How long is going to take for my package to be delivered?
  • Due to the pandemic, the packages are taking longer to get delivered. For orders in the US and Canada expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days and for other countries, the packages are taking up to 4 months. I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about this right now! I wish I could make this process faster.

  • Can I return the item I bought?
  • This is a rare situation but if you’re not happy with your item, I will send you a return label to mail the item back. The item must be unopened and undamaged in transit (pack the item with care!) I will then refund you the value (minus the price of the postage).

  • I bought a pre-sale item and I still didn’t receive it!
  • I’m also super excited to get the new decks in! The information about when we will start shipping it out should be in the product listing. Don’t worry as soon as I receive them I’ll be shipping them out to you.

  •  I bought my first Tarot Deck and I don’t know how to use it!
  • You can check out my blog and find a list of free tutorials & contents, you can also visit the Tarot Readers Academy! Some of my decks come with a bonus course or a workbook and that should help you to get more familiar with the deck! 

  • Why am I not able to get access to my bonus course?
  • I must say, this usually happens when people enter the wrong email address over at the tarotreadersacademy.com Please double check your email address and if you still have a problem logging in let me know.

  • You're able to sell Ethony's products on your own website and/or brick and mortar store. Selling Ethony's products on third-party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc are NOT permitted.
